Overview

Boss Bread is a perishable product made fresh with no preservatives, no seed oils, and no bullshit, which means we can’t accept returns the way a t-shirt company can.
We can’t resell opened bread. We can’t restock a stale loaf. And we won’t fake that we can.

But here’s the truth: if something’s wrong, we’ll make it right.

We’re rebels, not robots, and we stand behind every single loaf.


Our Refund Philosophy

We do not offer standard returns due to the perishable nature of our bread.
BUT, if your order arrives damaged, moldy, missing, or just plain not up to our standards, contact us immediately.
We’ll review your case, ask for a photo or order number, and once verified, we’ll either:

  • Send a replacement loaf

  • Issue store credit

  • Or refund your order in full

No hoops. No nonsense. Just honesty.


Situations We Cover

  • Bread arrives damaged or crushed

  • Vacuum seal is broken on arrival

  • You received the wrong order

  • Mold or spoilage due to shipping delays or carrier error

  • Missing product or item never delivered

📸 We may ask for a photo, not because we don’t believe you, but because we’re building a rebellion and every piece of feedback helps us improve the system.


Situations We Don’t Cover

  • You changed your mind after ordering

  • You didn’t like the taste (though most people go savage for it)

  • You forgot to refrigerate it after opening

  • You gave us the wrong shipping address

  • You left it out in the sun for a week thinking it was Wonder Bread


How to Request a Refund or Replacement

  2. Attach a photo if there’s a damaged product or packaging issue

  3. We’ll review your request and respond within 48 hours

  4. If approved, we’ll send a replacement or issue credit/refund, your call

We don’t leave our people hanging. You trusted us. We take that seriously.


Shipping Returns (If We Request It)

In rare cases where we do request a product return (such as unopened packaging), you may be asked to send it to:
