Simple. Wrap it tight. Keep it sealed. Refrigerate or freeze it if you’re not gonna eat it in a few days. But honestly? Most people eat the whole damn loaf before that’s even a problem.

This is dense, fermented bread with a crust that bites back. Use a sharp bread knife and cut with intention. It’s not supposed to feel like slicing a sponge. It’s supposed to feel like you’re cutting through real food.

Leave it in the vacuum-sealed bag or wrap it tight in foil or parchment, then zip it in a freezer bag. Want to store slices? Pre-slice the loaf, then freeze with parchment between the slices for easy pull-apart toast days.

Hell no. This is real bread made from real wheat, but because it’s slow-fermented, many people who usually struggle with bloating or gluten-heavy grocery bread tell us they feel totally fine eating ours. That’s the difference between fake gluten bombs and real fermentation.

You can, but we don’t recommend it. Microwaves steam the crust and can make the texture weird. If you want to revive it, pop it in the toaster, oven, or skillet. Real heat. Real results.
